Job Profile

The company is looking for a Lead Maintenance Person who will repair and maintain stationary machinery and mechanical equipment such as conveyor systems, shakers, pumps, gearboxes, etc.

Require to operate mobile equipment, fix plant equipment, and other mobile equipment as necessary.

Education Level

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Work Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in a role with similar responsibilities
2-year degree in welding or diesel mechanics
Previous maintenance experience

License/Certification

Certificates in welding or diesel mechanics

Duties/Responsibilities

Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all plant equipment
Ability to weld, cut, and perform minor fabrication on plant
Ability to work in outdoor environments and elevated areas
Mechanically inclined on a wide variety of hand tools and power tools
Other duties as assigned

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

Being bilingual is a plus
Proficiencies in both welding and maintenance skills

Work Environment

Occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell.
Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
