The company is recruiting a Manufacturing Manager who will be responsible for delivering high‑quality products through coordinated machining, assembly, tooling, welding, and paint processes.

Education Level

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (8+ years of experience in manufacturing)

Work Experience

• Experience in customer relations and the proven ability to communicate through multiple levels of the organization
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience using metrics to drive business results in quality, schedule, and cost.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Administer compensation, recognition, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct performance assessments, assign work, and manage daily workflow.
• Lead recruitment, selection, and training of subordinate employees.
• Oversee machining, assembly, tooling, welding, and painting functions to ensure on‑time, quality delivery.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to develop recovery and staffing plans to ensure output goals are met.
• Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements and working in a union environment
• Skilled in the Microsoft suite.

Work Environment

• May work long hours to meet production goals
• Must ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and staff
• Split time between the office and the production floor
• Work in factories or production facilities
