Job Profile

The company is searching for an Advanced Automated Equipment Operator who will operate, set up, and troubleshoot sheet metal fabrication equipment including stamping presses with automated transfer systems, CNC turrets, Laser cutters, and automated bending cells.

Educational Level

• Possess work-related experience (a plus)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Complete all required and assigned paperwork.
• Perform all tasks required to operate, set up, and maintain equipment to produce parts in compliance with specifications.
• Perform die changeovers.
• Perform housekeeping duties and comply with all quality checks to include first and last part inspection.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions.
• Troubleshoot setup-related issues which may require frequent adjustments of settings, system parameters, etc.
• Work with support departments to resolve issues resulting in production delays.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Work Environment

• Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
