Job Profile

The company is hiring an Aluminum Mig/Tig Welder to join its team.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Welding Certification from an accredited Technical School

Work Experience

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ability to adjust parameter settings for different material thicknesses.
• Ability to learn robot welding set-up and operations.
• Assemble finished products from blueprints to the specifications indicated on the blueprints.
• Comply with all of the ISO 9001 Quality standards, policies, and procedures of API.
• Maintain tools and equipment provided for the assembly operations.
• Maintain work area in an organized manner.
• Perform work in a safe manner.
• Produce products within tolerance.
• Weld Aluminum Pressure Vessels, Airtight utilizing GMAW Pulse Spray and GTAW welding.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to interpret blueprints and measurements
• Ability to provide examples of both GTAW and GMAW proficiency
• Mechanical aptitude and a functional knowledge of hand tools
