The company is looking for an Assembler who will operate machines and equipment; cut, shape, splice, and fit plastic materials to form parts and assemblies.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Assemble parts, including gluing and packaging
- Inspect and review the quality of components and completed units
- Inventories components accurately
- Labels parts per standards and customer requirements
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment
- Maintains equipment to achieve production requirements
- Operates necessary machinery and equipment to meet product specifications
- Packages units properly per instructions, and to prevent damage
- Promotes cost reduction opportunities and delegates responsibility for action
- Reads and follows work instructions, drawings, setup sheets, and visual aids
- Selects correct components for assembly per drawings/blueprints
- Sets up fixtures and processes design for new and existing parts
- Tests finished parts for defects
- Uses table and hand routers to finish parts; includes sanding, shaping, buffing, polishing, flame polishing, joining
