Education Level

  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

Work Experience

  • Possess work-related experience (a plus)

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assembles sheet metal parts using hand and power tools. Builds and wires electrical components.
  • Maintains accurate production records, responsible for keeping work area clean, safe and orderly.
  • Makes simple setups or minor adjustments to the equipment required to produce a variety of products and to maintain processes per specifications.
  • Manufacture parts, sub-assemblies, and assemblies per safety, quality, and productivity specifications.
  • Operates one or more units of the following type of production equipment: press brakes, spot welders, or other similar or related devices.
  • Perform assembly singly or in combination with other operations.
  • Performs material handling operations as directed.
  • Pulls from stock, assembles, and packs to complete orders.
  • Reports damage to supervisor.
  • Responsible for the quality of own work.
  • Works from written and verbal schedules.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
