Job Profile

The company is seeking an Assembler who will perform complex production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, equipment, and accessories using manual or automated assembly tools.

Education Level

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent or military/work experience

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in the use of Excel
  • Experience using SAP

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Performs the processes necessary for the fabrication and production of Solar Cells, including Series welding, Assembly cleaning and classifying of cells, Bonding cell covers and indexing, Lot Code, electrical testing, microscope inspection, and Silicon Diodes.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Ability to lift 20 lbs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
