Duties/Responsibilities

  • Comply with all safety rules, OEM guidelines, and procedures.
  • Ensure all needed repairs are properly identified to eliminate supplements and minimize cycle time.
  • Operate a variety of highline specialty tools (e.g., Mig and pulse welders, self-piercing riveting guns, aluminum, and steel dent fix stations, etc.)
  • Participates in all required staff meetings daily and ongoing training as assigned.
  • Utilize expertise to ensure that repairs are completed swiftly, to the highest standard of quality, and in a safe manner.
  • Work directly with Service Advisor or Manager, performing a meticulous disassembly to prepare a repair plan for each vehicle in a timely fashion.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, including cleanliness of workspace.
