Job Profile

The company is looking for a Body Shop Painter to join its state-of-the-art body shop.

Educational Qualification

• The applicants should have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Technical Degree or Certification a plus

Work Experience

• The candidates should have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience working with body damaged heavy-duty trucks

Duties/Responsibilities

• Keep paperwork updated and handed in upon completion
• Meet requirements for certifications
• Positive interface with service writers, foreman, parts department, and customers
• Repair all types of fiberglass, plastic body parts, adjust, and modify all heavy-duty body components
• Responsible to weld steel, aluminum, and repair on all types of trucks

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Auto body collision knowledge
• Positive attitude
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• The desire to take advantage of certification opportunities to have the most updated product training
• Ability to work with co-workers for troubleshooting and completing repairs
• Must be physically able to lift and work with no restrictions
• Must have your own set of general tools
