Job Profile

The company is seeking a Brazer who will work at any station during the workday, dependent on staffing and production demands.

May be expected to rotate to different workstations, or they may be required to work in a specific workstation depending on experience, training, and skill level to perform work tasks.

May be required to obtain certification for operation of Mules, Tuggers, Powered Industrial Trucks, Stackers, or Overhead Cranes, and may be required to obtain and maintain braze certification.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or equivalent (desired but not required)

Work Experience

• Completion of basic Forklift Training, Safety Orientation, and Crane certification
• Must possess basic math skills, understanding of decimals and fractions for measurement

License/Certification

• Must be braze certified
• U-Bend Certified (Preferred)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Brazing, production assembly, and test processes
• Follow 5S standards for the area
• Must have the flexibility to test units according to completion date
• Must meet Takt time
• Safety Sensitive Role

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to work in a team setting and demonstrate a positive work attitude
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Good verbal communication and excellent analytical/problem-solving skills
• Must have the ability to keep up with high volume in a fast-moving environment
• Must have the ability to lift 35 lbs., as requested
• Safety-oriented, self-motivated Brazer
