Job Profile

The company is hiring a Brazing Machine Operator who will be responsible for running machines in the Brazing Department safely and efficiently maximizing production.

Education Level

  • Not mentioned, yet a High School Diploma will be a plus

Work Experience

  • Machine Operator experience (preferred)

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Ability to troubleshoot and correct process problems.
  • Fills out daily production reports detailing work activity and any other paperwork required per procedures.
  • Operates material handling and label-making equipment.
  • Uses all safety equipment on machinery as well as personal protective equipment properly.
  • Uses appropriate measurement equipment to confirm product characteristics.
  • Uses hand tools to set up and adjust equipment.
  • Versatility to move between multiple operations.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Able to understand manufacturing processes
  • Flexibility to work overtime if needed
  • Must be able to stand for an extended time and regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be computer literate
  • Operate material handling equipment
  • Reliable transportation
