Job Profile

The company is seeking a Centerless Grinder (CNC) who will demonstrate the ability to operate manual, CNC, or automatic grinding machines as required, including performing basic setups and employing more advanced inspection techniques, including measuring surface finish, head angles, and using optical comparators.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred but not required)

Work Experience

• Typically, 1-3 years of relevant experience

Duties/Responsibilities

• Perform In Process Inspection (Visual and Functional, Recording)
• Perform basic machine setups
• Production Paperwork/Operation Audit
• Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Basic Knowledge of Grinding Tools (Media, Dresser)
• Basic Print Reading
• Basic Shop Math l
• The ability to read and write English.
• Understanding of Machine Functions (Setups)
