Job Profile

The company is searching for a Chassis Fab Finish who will be responsible for finishing the frame fabrication. Day-to-day frames may vary based on schedules and blueprints provided.

Required to follow safety and quality regulations established by Lippert.

Education Level

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Work Experience

  • Manufacturing/industry experience
  • Welding education or experience (preferred)

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Checking camber and square
  • Install and time slide-outs
  • Welding anything that Jig was unable to weld
  • Welding brackets for jacks and slide-outs
  • Welding hitches onto the frame

  • Blueprint Reading

  • Basic math (adding, subtracting, dividing fractions, etc.)

Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to talk and hear.
  • This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
  • May have to lift or move items over 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
