Job Profile

The company is searching for a CNC Brake Press Operator who will be responsible for the set-up and overall operation of the CNC Brake Press and the quality of the work produced.

Education Level

Work Experience

  • CNC machine operating experience
  • Preferred experience on Trumpf 5085, Trumpf 5130, Trumpf V85, Accurpress 7606

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Bends parts safely and efficiently
  • Must maintain proper housekeeping in and around the machine/work area.
  • Properly identifies and tags all containers for receipt into inventory
  • Properly loads the dies into the machine and writes programs
  • Runs first article part, verifies quality to specifications, and rechecks parts for quality every 30 minutes
  • Use of proper Personal Protective Equipment required for machine/department
  • Other duties, as assigned

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Ability to work alone or in a group productively
  • Must be available for overtime, including weekends
