The company is hiring a CNC Lathe Machinist IV to join its Machine Shop.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)

Work Experience

• 6 years of related experience in close tolerance CNC machining experience

Duties/Responsibilities

• Perform all the duties required and assigned by the Company.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Knowledge of machining materials such as aluminum, tool, alloy, carbon steels, stainless steel, titanium, plastics, and Inconel is preferred.
• Must understand and be able to use trigonometry.
• Requires the willingness and ability to work overtime as necessary.

Work Environment

• Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel items.
• Regularly expected to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, stoop, and kneel.
• Must occasionally lift or move up to 30 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Need to work near moving mechanical parts and in loud working conditions.
• Occasionally exposed to fumes, chemicals, or airborne particles.
• Require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
• May be subject to government security investigation(s) and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
