Job Profile

The company is searching for a CNC Machine Operator who will be responsible for the setup and operation of a production machine following established procedures and guidelines.

Secures and maintains material and supplies required for the operation.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred but not required)
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Work Experience

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in manufacturing or assembling (required)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Checks materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Completes pre-shift/startup equipment inspection checklist and reports any problems or concerns.
• Completes work area setup.
• Ensures work area is safe, clean, and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
• Maintains production records as required.
• Operates and feeds the machine safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
• Participates in safety, CI, and other programs and meetings.
• Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards.
• Stacks completed products following established procedures, if required, may cover label and band components/finished product.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
