The company is searching for a CNC Machine Operator who will play a key role in the manufacturing process.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants require a High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Experience

• Possess 2 to 3 years of related experience

Duties/Responsibilities

• Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions
• Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner
• Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery
• Properly and safely loads and unloads castings and raw materials in CNC machinery
• Reads and interprets blueprints
• Recognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures, and tooling
• Sets up and operates CNC machinery
• Understands and has the ability to perform tool wear offsets
• Understands, interprets, and edits FANUC G-code programming
• Uses gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
• Utilizes and abides by all safety procedures

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and in writing
• Ability to cross-train to various manual machines
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
