  • Minimum 1 year of previous work experience in CNC operation

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assist in isolating and correcting malfunctions in machining and control units.
  • Maintain work area, machines, and control units in a clean, neat, and orderly condition.
  • Operate Six Spindle Automatic Bar Machines.
  • Perform a wide range of machining operations on two or more Numerically Controlled Lathes, Chuckers or Turning Centers, some of which may be equipped with automatic, robotic or manual load/unload systems and/or related secondary auto/manual equipment.
  • Perform minor maintenance that includes cleaning, inspection, minor lubrication, and tightening loose bolts.
  • Perform various internal operations related to producing a finished product.
  • Required to change tooling, load automatic tool changes, and maintain quality standards by checking parts with adjustable or fixed gauges.
  • Work from standard work and maintain visual controls and aids (charts, schedules, etc.) and accurate records as directed.
  • Work with operation sheets, tapes, and blueprints as required.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and routine machine maintenance
  • Proficient in measuring tools and quality inspection techniques
  • Skilled in operating and monitoring CNC machines
  • Understands machine setup, tool changes, and basic programming

Work Environment

  • Exposed to noise, vibrations, and metal debris
  • Follows safety protocols and may work shifts or overtime
  • Stands for long periods near operating CNC equipment
  • Wears protective gear like gloves, goggles, and ear protection
  • Works indoors in manufacturing or machine shop environments
