The company is seeking a CNC Machining Team Member to join its team.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience

• Possess work-related experience (a plus)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of other team members.
• Be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, using precision measuring tools and gauges
• Monitor machine operation, troubleshoot, and appropriately adjust inputs to correct any issues outside specified tolerances
• Perform basic shop math, and use precision measurement instruments and metrology tools.
• Perform precise measurements for cutting/shaping tasks
• Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages.
• Produce parts that meet required machine output specifications while maintaining high production rates
• Review and understand blueprints, drawings, or written instructions to understand the machine output specifications.
• Use blueprints, sketches, computer-aided design (CAD), and work instructions to produce precision parts

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• US citizenship is required, as only US citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Experience with MS Office Suite
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• Ability to use precision tools (e.g. calipers) to take accurate measurements
