Job Profile

The company is seeking a CNC Machinist who will be responsible for safely programming and machining complex metal components to meet customer’s requirements. This may include meeting drawing/print specifications.

Education Level

• Not mentioned, yet a High School Diploma will be a plus

Work Experience

• At least 3 years of experience running medium to large horizontal CNC lathes
• MS Office experience and competency

Duties/Responsibilities

• Use of CNC lathe/mill
• Use of cranes
• Use of measuring equipment, calipers, micrometers, etc.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Able to perform basic programming in Mazatrol and Fanuc.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of making sound decisions
• Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Familiar with long, tubular components with tolerances of +/-0.001”
• Familiarity with nickel and titanium super-alloys, as well as carbon and stainless steel.
• Good fast-paced work ethic.
• Preferably Mazaks – Mazatrol controls
• Strong analytical, arithmetic, problem-solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Team player with an excellent attitude and motivational skills
