• Not mentioned, yet a High School Diploma will be a plus

Work Experience

• 3 years of setting up and operating CNC Machines (required)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Actively participate in continuous improvement of our products and processes to better serve our customers and improve the overall profitability of Jetstream
• Communicate with managers, production control, quality, and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues.
• Cross-train in other areas to include; Vertical Mills and CNC Lathes.
• Deburr parts as needed.
• Document outstanding issues either written or verbally to ensure a smooth transition between shift
• Follow and comply with all safety and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area complying with all 5S initiatives and advise the Production Supervisor of any maintenance problems that may need to be resolved.
• Perform in-process part inspection and notify the Supervisor of non-conformance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure machines are operating optimally.
• Review work orders, pull necessary equipment, position workpieces, and operate various machines through production runs to form specified quantities to defined tolerances.
• Set up and operate CNC machines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to read and interpret Blueprints/Technical Drawing
• Ability to perform various machining operations following part specifications.
