Job Profile

The company is seeking a CNC Machinist who will be responsible for operating CNC machine tools, such as lathes and milling machines, to cut and produce precision parts for machines, and tools.

Educational Qualification

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• 5-axis and or 3-axis experience
• Contour and manual machining experience
• Cutting and holding techniques experience
• Machining steel, stainless steel, invar, aluminum, and composite materials
• Material properties (match equipment and techniques to various materials)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Execute up to 10 setups/day, identify tools required, and run jobs with minimal supervision
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and ITAR compliance
• Operate various types of machine tools to perform progressive machining
• Understand the purpose and functionality of the component being machined
• Use basic inspection equipment as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Others Requirements

• Have own standard tools
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and heavier load sizes with assistance
