Work Experience

• At least 3 years of repair/maintenance experience within a large manufacturing environment supporting heavy machinery and equipment

Duties/Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the work area.
• Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.
• Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
• Install, test, repair, and troubleshoot various pneumatic and CNC controls.
• Maintain and secure work tools.
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on CNC machinery
• Perform installations, repairs, and Preventative Maintenance
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
• Provide on-the-job training to new maintenance employees.
• Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of his/her work area and the general housekeeping of the Company.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility machinery and systems.
• Turn off and lock equipment when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Computer skills and basic math
• Dedication to complete duties so production staff can meet delivery requirements
• Must have troubleshooting skills
