Job Profile

The company (Mill Creek Machining-MCM), is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for planning and managing the maintenance process to reduce mechanical downtime ensuring production is operating at maximum efficiency.

Educational Qualification

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)

Work Experience

• 2+ years of experience working in a maintenance role (required)
• Experience with CNC, servo motors, and hydraulics/pneumatics (preferred)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and manages the day-to-day supervision of maintenance processes and documentation (UNI-Point) with efficient and High Performing Manufacturing Organizations (Prevention and Predictive Maintenance, Standard Operating Procedures, Safety, etc.).
• Ensures maintenance is scheduled timely; works closely with Production to schedule and complete equipment and facility repairs.
• Leads and directs maintenance in the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment used throughout the facilities, utilities, and equipment.
• Works directly with equipment manufacturers on troubleshooting machine issues to reduce downtime.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Working knowledge of machine components and integration.
