Job Profile

The company is looking for a CNC Operator who will handle the computer numerical control machine. Maintaining, setting, and adjusting the machine are all part of the operator’s daily tasks.

Cut and shape parts to exact specifications from raw material for the trailer manufacturing operations by using established standard operating procedures and techniques while following company safety standards, maintaining the highest quality through diligent efforts, and maintaining daily production goals.

Perform other tasks assigned in support of fabrication operations.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Experience

• Possess at least 1 month of related experience

Duties/Responsibilities

• Comply with company and legal guidelines
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Operate CNC machine in a safe manner
• Perform a variety of duties including maintaining, setting, and adjusting the machine
• Perform quality checks
• Perform routine maintenance on the machinery
• Other duties assigned as needed

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to read a tape measure and caliper
• Ability to review and understand operator instructions

Physical Requirements

• Expose to weather conditions
• Intermittent bending, lifting, stooping, reaching, walking, and squatting
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Noise levels at or above 85 decibels
• Standing for long periods
