The company is recruiting a CNC Operator who will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, responsible for operating and maintaining CNC milling machines.

Work Experience

• Previous CMM experience
• Previous LM experience

Duties/Responsibilities

• Changing your tools and adjusting compensations accordingly.
• Performing part deburring under a microscope to ensure quality assurance and mitigate Foreign Object Debris (FOD).
• Performing self-inspections on your parts using prescribed gauges, jigs, and fixtures to ensure they meet close tolerances.
• Utilizing Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for inspections (CMM inspection ability sought but not required).

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to support overtime as business needs dictate.
• Ability to use web-based computer applications.
• Ability to work in either a team or an individual environment.
• Flexibility with work schedule and machine assignments.

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings
• Be able to inspect using general hand tools
• Detail-oriented with housekeeping and organization skills
• Knowledge of CNC mill setup
• Able to support a team environment
