The company is searching for a CNC Router Operator who will produce machined parts by setting up and operating the CNC router.

License/Certification

• CNC certification is a plus
• Must be forklift certified

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ability to use equipment to position tools and workpieces with each other
• Edit feeds, speeds, and depth of cut.
• Follow the sequence of operations
• Observe the operation of the machine and the machined workpiece to specifications
• Position and secure the workpiece.
• Read blueprint or job order for product specifications, including dimensions and tolerances, and tooling instructions such as feed rates, cutting speed, and depth of cut
• Select and secure the tool in the tool holder
