Job Profile

The company is looking to hire a CNC Router Operator with the ability and skills to produce machined parts by setting up and operating the CNC router.

Promotes safe practices while operating routers to appropriately achieve an exceptional cut of material.

Educational Qualification

  • No education level is mentioned, yet applicants may be required a High School Diploma

Work Experience

  • Possess work-related experience (a plus)

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Edit feeds, speeds, and depth of cut.
  • Follow the sequence of operations
  • Observe operation of the machine and machined work-piece to specifications
  • Position and secure work-piece.
  • Read blueprint or job order for product specifications including dimensions and tolerances and tooling instructions such as feed rates, cutting speed, depth of cut
  • Select and secure the tool in a tool holder

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Ability to use equipment to position tools and work-pieces in relation to each other

Licensing/Certificates

  • CNC certification (a plus)
  • Must be forklift Certified
