Job Profile

The company is seeking a Compressor Technician to join its team.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or GED degree

Work Experience

• Multi-craft or technician experience (desirable)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Completing work reports detailing work performed as well as parts lists and other required paperwork.
• Excellent technical and mechanical skills.
• Maintain a service vehicle with proper equipment, tools, and parts to promote efficient, factory-approved methods for servicing equipment.
• Projecting a positive and professional image of Air Technologies to customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Provide detailed failure analysis as well as equipment/system recommendations to improve reliability or performance.
• Servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and related rotating equipment.
• All other duties as assigned.

• A self-starter and highly motivated person
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Must be able to sit, stand, and bend for long periods repeatedly.
• Must be coachable.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and organized work habits allowing unsupervised work.
• Technically knowledgeable, conscientious, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License must be able to complete a drug test and background check.
