Job Profile

The company is looking for a Counter-top Fabricator/Warehouse Associate to join its team. This role is reporting directly to the Day Shift Supervisor.

Educational Qualification

• The applicants should have a High School Graduate or GED

Work Experience

• No prior experience is necessary

Duties/Responsibilities

Counter-top Fabrication Duties–

• Fabricating counter-tops for standard and special orders
• Measure and accurately layout, cut, and assemble counter-tops
• Work closely with our Cabinet Division to provide a one-stop-shop for our customers
• Working effectively with other team members to ensure orders are completed in timely and accurately

Warehouse Associate Duties-

• Comparing packing slips to actual material received for all incoming freight
• Identifying and correcting any potential safety hazards
• Maintaining equipment storage areas to ensure that inventory is protected
• Moving materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, and containers
• Organizing material and maintaining storage areas in a safe, clean, efficient manner
• Performing general housekeeping duties
• Reviewing production tickets to identify and locate material and quantities to be used in production
• Unloading, counting, tagging, recording, and putting away all incoming material
• Other duties as assigned

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• The ability to use hand tools such as routers, files, tape measure, table saw, etc. is preferred
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs. approximately 30 times a day
