Job Profile

The company is seeking a Cradles Repair Welder to join its team.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

Work Experience

• 6-12 months of previous experience in a manufacturing/fabrication environment (preferred)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication with other team members and support departments.
• Follow all plant safety policies and procedures.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures established for each workstation.
• Maintain quality integrity to ensure the finished product meets or exceeds Kamtek standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of production and inventory using our CMS system.
• Monitor and maintain good housekeeping (maximize downtime opportunities).
• Must be a team player willing to work on any job or area in which you are trained or are being trained.
• Must be able to work unsupervised.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes.
• TLCQQ – Tagging Correct, Loaded Properly, Closed Properly, Quantity Correct, Quality Parts.
• Perform quality checks as required using QID, QIF, FO/LO Process, and Quality alerts as our guide.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to work in a team environment or independently to perform duties with little supervision.
• Ability to communicate with team members on all shifts and possess good mathematical and organizational skills.
