Job Profile

The company is hiring a Diesel Mechanic who will handle repairing and maintaining mobile equipment such as haul trucks, wheel loaders, drills, roof bolters, etc.

May also be responsible for operating mobile equipment, fixed plant equipment, and other mobile equipment as necessary.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants should have a High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent

Work Experience

• Possess 3+ years of Diesel Engine experience
• Prior experience with maintenance

Duties/Responsibilities

• The ability to cut, weld, and fabricate will be preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintain all mobile equipment
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and in elevated areas
• Mechanically inclined on a wide variety of hand tools and power tools
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-year degree in welding or diesel mechanics
• Certificates in welding or diesel mechanics
