Job Profile

The company is seeking an Electric Motor/Pump Mechanic with experience in equipment repair and maintenance, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance

Duties/Responsibilities

• Clean and organize shop as required
• Complete information in reports as required
• Diagnose possible reason(s) for failure
• Inspect equipment and parts for wear and damage
• Paint and prepare equipment for shipment
• Provide information on parts and additional work required
• Provide recommendations to improve the reliability of the equipment, clean parts & reassemble, test, and record all applicable data
• Tear down equipment, utilizing manufacturer’s recommendations and industry best practices

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
