Job Profile
The company is seeking an Electronic Maintenance Technician who will install, maintain, repair, and rework electronic or electrical systems related to plant facilities and associated electronic/electrical components and specialized equipment.
Education Level
- Not mentioned, yet a High School Diploma will be a plus
Work Experience
- At least 2 years of electronic/electrical experience including related education in machine tool maintenance, industrial electronic or electrical maintenance field, or military electronic/electrical system maintenance.
- Valid State of Oregon Electrical License at the Manufacturing Plant level or higher or the ability to reciprocate your state’s license into Oregon
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer experience in troubleshooting computer numerical controls (CNC), programmable logic controllers (PLC), AC and DC drives, and servo systems
- Experience with, but not limited to, the following: Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLC’s, GE FANUC family, Siemens and Mazak/Mitsubishi, Honeywell controllers, and experience with Wonderware
Duties/Responsibilities
- Use technical knowledge, and existing procedures, (or develop new procedures), to diagnose and correct system and component malfunctions to achieve optimum operating efficiency.
- Modify, test, and calibrate electronic or electrical systems or components (including interactive and electro-mechanical components and adaptive computer system machine controls).
- Use electronic test equipment and other tools to accomplish work on numerically controlled (NC) computer numerically controlled (CNC) or other similar devices used to control machine operation.

- The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
