Job Profile

The company is hiring an EPC Welder responsible for welding operations to assemble and fabricate solar panels, structures, and components.

Work with various materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel to ensure the proper construction and installation of solar systems.

Educational Level

Work Experience

• Certification in welding and relevant experience in the solar industry
• Solar panel installation experience (preferred but can be taught)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Collaborating with engineers and other team members to resolve welding-related issues and improve processes.
• Following safety procedures and wearing protective equipment to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Inspecting welded joints and structures to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Keeping accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects.
• Maintaining welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Preparing materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, and shaping them as needed.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Repairing and modifying existing solar panels and structures as necessary.
• Setting up and operating welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding machines.
• Welding components together using the appropriate welding techniques and methods.
