Job Profile

The company is looking for a Fabricator who will fabricate a wide variety of metal structures from oral directions, sketches, or drawings.

Must be able to inspect own finished welds to meet company standards.

Educational Qualification

• The applicants may be required to have a High School Diploma
• Certified Welder is preferred but not required

Work Experience

• The candidates should have previous welding experience (Arc, TIG, MIG).

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and complete standard records
• Completes all reports and forms for service operations in a timely and accurate manner
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
• Ensures all company values are adhered to and promoted through leading by example and creating an environment of trust and teamwork
• Ensures manager is aware of any issues which can impact customer satisfaction or billing
• Fabricates and welds a wide variety of metal structures
• Follows all company and common-sense safety policies, while using all required personal protective equipment
• Maintains good condition and cleanliness of company vehicles, tools, and equipment, including the return of tools to storage areas
• Participates in all requested job-related training and development, as well as taking an active interest in improving skills with other training programs

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to lift 50 pounds as required without assistance
• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used in service shops (fork-lifts, hydraulic lifts, etc)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professionalism in the workplace
• Strong organizational skills
