The company is searching for a Fabricator Welder to join its team.

Education Level

• Not mentioned, yet a High School Diploma will be a plus

Work Experience

• MIG welding experience with the ability to pass a weld test on each.
• Certification is preferred but not required.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Fabricate and install new equipment
• Fabricate complex custom production machinery per print, sample, or verbal instruction.
• Install equipment including basic anchoring, rigging, conduit, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
• Maintain machinery according to the Preventative Maintenance Program
• Read blueprints and create jigs and fixtures for weldments
• Troubleshoot equipment; isolate the cause of the problem
• Utilize safe work habits
• Wear appropriate PPE
• Work on assigned projects
• Other duties as assigned

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• ​Lifting (weights up to 50 lbs.) regularly
• ​Standing, walking, bending/stooping, push/pull, and repetitive movement up to 12 hours daily.
• Willing and able to work overtime as required.
