Work Experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude with prior mechanical experience (2+ years preferred)
• Electrical aptitude and experience (a plus)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Install, rebuild, repair, and troubleshoot high-speed bottle and beverage filling and seaming equipment at customer facilities in the US, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
• In-house training in Cleveland, Ohio, or Baltimore, Maryland areas.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability and willingness to travel as required and on short notice – extensive travel October – May
• Ability to lift (5-100 pounds), bend, crawl, kneel twist, climb, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to plan and complete projects in allotted time frame while maintaining safe work practices and accuracy
• Ability to work professionally even when under pressure
• Basic computer and smart device competency
• Basic machining and welding skills preferred
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity with dimensional tolerances and ability to understand blueprints
• Good judgment, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills
• Own basic mechanic’s tools (programs available)
• Reliable, dedicated, and responsible worker
• Self-driven and self-reliant
• Strong mathematical aptitude (including understanding fractions and decimals)
