Educational Qualification
The applicants must have High School Diploma or Equivalent and an AWS D1.1 Certification from a welding school.
Work Experience
The candidates should have 2-5 years of structural and miscellaneous fabrication experience.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Build fixtures and other aids for shop productivity
- Follow all company policies and procedures for safety
- Maintain shop floor organization and cleanliness
- Operate necessary equipment to complete work requirements
- Set up welders and other shop operations
- Train other shop employees to be more proficient
- Ensure all materials being used are accurate and in compliance with customer specifications and quality control programs
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Candidates must be proficient with blueprint reading, equipment operation, welding, and burning
