Job Profile
The company is seeking a Fuel Nozzle/Flow Test Technician who will help to take Turbo Services to the next level.
Educational Qualification

- Possess work-related experience (preferred, not required)
Duties/Responsibilities
- Ability to set up and operate Flow benches to gather test results
- Assist in identifying issues and initiating corrective action processes as necessary
- To complete a company-required safety training programs
- Comply with the requirements of risk manager assessments and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Maintain accurate time logs daily basis
- Must be open to cross-training and learning other tasks such as welding
- Perform disassembly and reassembly of fuel nozzle components
- Perform flow testing and adjust combustion assemblies
- Perform periodic maintenance on equipment
- Perform Safety Walks and Safety observations as required
- Perform ultrasonic cleaning of fuel nozzle assemblies
- Properly dispose of waste materials according to regulations
- Properly use and operate the overhead cranes and forklifts
- Troubleshoot quality problems and help interpret results
- Use a computer to operate Flow Systems software and Microsoft Excel to generate flow test reports
- Use blueprint, gauges, torque measuring devices, or other equipment to ensure conformance to quality specifications
- Use PPE as identified in risk assessments or other related safety documents
- Use precision measurement tools and gauges
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Basic knowledge and understanding of turbomachinery repair (preferred)
- Must be able to work overtime when necessary
- Possesses strong computer, written, and oral skills
