Job Profile

The company is seeking a Grinder for its weld shop. The work involves using air-powered grinders and sanders to deburr welded items that need painting and to polish and grain unpainted stainless items.

Educational Qualification

• No education level is mentioned, yet a High School Diploma will be a plus

Work Experience

• Entry-level or experienced persons will be considered

Duties/Responsibilities

• Be able to understand and follow welding/assembly prints.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision around welders in an ISO9001 environment. This manufacturing facility has all safety measures put in place including state-of-the-art 3M Dust Hoods.
• Should be familiar with the safe use of basic hand and power tools along with the safe use of hoists and pallet jacks.
• Will lend assistance in other departments as required.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Require the occasional movement of metal of up to 50 pounds
