The company is searching for an HVAC Project Mechanic Plumber Specialist to join its team.
Education Level
- Not mentioned, yet a High School Diploma will be a plus
Work Experience
- 5+ years of light commercial/commercial HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting experience
- Experience in construction and service projects
- Plumbing/pipefitting Certifications
- Plumbing/Gasfitter, Pipefitter, HVAC strong 4th year or Journeyperson status
- Experience in Prime retrofit Mechanical projects
Duties/Responsibilities
- Ability to oversee the installation of a project.
- Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
- Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
- Pass criminal record checks for secure sites.
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the mechanical systems.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boilers, and steam operational and service knowledge
