• 5+ years of residential light, commercial HVAC, mechanical installation, and troubleshooting experience
• Pipe fitting and welding experience
• Requires Mechanical Journeyman status

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boilers, and steam operational and service knowledge.
