Job Profile
The company is looking for an I&E Production Technician who will operate and control of equipment used in the process of air separation;
Care and maintain of plant mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical devices and equipment.
Education Level
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Minimum 2 years of college, technical school, or military technical experience (preferred)
Work Experience
- 5+ years of experience maintaining instrumentation and electrical systems in technical processes in an industrial environment
Duties/Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, adjust, and repair manual, pneumatic, electric, and electronic measuring, recording, and regulating instrumentation
- Maintain and troubleshoot, electrical systems according to manufacturers’ instructions, local work instructions, and governing regulations
- Maintain and troubleshoot, instrumentation systems, and calibrations following manufacturers’ instructions, local work instructions, and governing regulations
- Maintain calibration standards, including inspection, testing, and measuring equipment as well as calibration gas cylinders
- Maintain quality control and quality assurance equipment, including process analyzers and gas chromatographs
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on compressors, pumps, turbines, valves, motors, and other plant equipment
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform preventative inspections on mechanical equipment and systems following manufacturer’s instructions, local work instructions, and governing regulations
- Perform routine and non-routine analytical calibrations and adjustments
