Job Profile

The company is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Assistance who will work in conjunction with the Maintenance Technician on preventative and corrective maintenance tasks for the fabrication facility.

Also, work on special projects, and routine building maintenance, as well as cross-training in other production departments.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience

• Preferably, possess 1+ years of maintenance experience in a similar environment
• Previous experience maintaining manufacturing equipment such as press brakes, welding machines, wire feeders, radial arm drills, etc.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist in the upkeep of preventative maintenance schedule for equipment and machinery
• Complete building and grounds maintenance on the fabrication facility, neighboring office building, and campus
• Following a work order system, prioritizes and performs corrective maintenance
• Help in completing required maintenance documentation including daily inspections
• Maintain and assist in the cleanliness and organization of the building
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical needs for PHIL products to interface with off-highway trucks
• Work on special maintenance projects

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Must have mechanical aptitude
