Job Profile
The company is searching for an Industrial Maintenance Electrician who will maintain production and quality by ensuring maximum availability, and safe and efficient operation of machinery and electro electronic equipment.
Educational Qualification
- Applicants may require a High School Diploma
Work Experience
- Requires Journeyman card and minimum 4 years of experience as Industrial Maintenance Electrician OR
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician
Duties/Responsibilities
- Conserves maintenance resources and support cost consciousness, by using equipment, tools, vehicles, and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge by attending educational opportunities (workshops, training, benchmarking, 4-step method, or others). Reviewing technical publications. Establish a professional network, and participate in skill tests by leadership discretion.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ensures availability of machinery and equipment by completing reactive, preventive, and proactive maintenance requirements following: Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs), One Point Lessons (OPLs), machine ledgers, diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and Maintenance Engineering specifications. Troubleshooting malfunctions.
- Execute basic and regular electro electronic Maintenance of robotics, Controls, and Peripherals, performing independent work.
- Improve and maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations (lockers, tools, equipment, working environment, etc).
- Inform customers (Production, Logistics, etc.) and business partners of routine preventive and proactive maintenance techniques and needs to guarantee proper execution.
- Locates sources of problems by observing the operation, listening for problems, and using measuring and testing instruments.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating, actions, irregularities, and continuing needs, by escalating and requesting support.
- Prepares electro-electronic maintenance reports by completing the root-cause analysis methodology (EWO – Emergency Work Order tool) and Preventive Maintenance orders.
- Provides electro-electronic maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
- Respond quickly to emergency situations, and, replace, adjust, or repair parts, dismantling devices. Using manual tools, power tools, and support equipment.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Solid knowledge of Controls (PLC; Siemens, AB, or others), Electro electronic maintenance of Robotic systems (Comau, ABB, Fanuc, others), and peripherals (Welding, Paint, or Manipulation)
- Equipment maintenance, technical understanding, technical zeal, power tools, attention to detail, flexibility, supervision, productivity, professionalism, accountability, eagerness to develop skills, personal relationship, demonstration of strong safety commitment, transparency, and a customer-focused mindset.
