Job Profile

The company is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic who will be responsible for the internal maintenance operations of program equipment as well as performing layout, installation, repair, modification, and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants should have a High School Diploma

Work Experience

• Possess 3 to 5 years of direct maintenance and repair experience on automated manufacturing machinery including CNC
• Experience in a Machine Shop/Manufacturing environment

Duties/Responsibilities

• Act as a troubleshooter and repair equipment. Resolve problems or refer problems to the appropriate individuals.
• Inspect equipment to evaluate conditions that could lead to production breakdowns or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Report safety incidents to the supervisor.
• Make recommendations for improvements to work processes. Contribute to the 5S program in the work area.
• Perform all maintenance mechanic operations to ensure continual operation of equipment and facility.
• Perform preventive maintenance with work orders on manual and automated machinery, including CNC lathes, millers, saws, grinding, and honing equipment.
• Provide a high level of service to all internal and external customers. Contribute to a positive teamwork environment.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns of equipment to keep production loss to a minimum.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Participate in training/learning other positions. Accomplish related results as needed.
