Job Profile

The company is seeking an Instrumentation Technician to join its team.

This position is hourly nonexempt status, which means you are eligible for overtime pay.

Education Level

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)

Work Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician OR a degree in an instrumentation field (required)

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates ability to read and interpret P&IDs, loop drawings, and wiring schematics.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of flow, pressure, temperature, and level instrumentation.
  • Maintains and repairs electronic and pneumatic instrumentation.
  • Maintains and troubleshoots various types of solenoid valves, switches, meters, indicators, and temperature sensors.
  • Performs work activities in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
  • Possesses a basic understanding and application of instrumentation maths and units of measurement.
  • Uses test equipment and performs routine calibrations.
