Job Profile

The company is looking to hire an Inventory Manager who will be responsible for managing activities involving products for sale, assets rented, assets available for rent, and related supplies in a perpetual and non-perpetual environment to include periodic ad hoc reporting.

The position will report to the Vice President of Finance.

Educational Qualification

  • Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar
  • Product and inventory management certification (a plus)

Work Experience

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years in a similar role
  • Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies
  • Experience conducting tracking and data analysis

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Education, Experience, and Licensing
  • Develop and maintain of “decision support system” (DSS) involving analytics and KPIs to assist in the maximization of the return on investments
  • Develop business relationships with the field teams and suppliers
  • Evaluates deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control procedures
  • Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels of company and partner contributor locations
  • Monitors demand and analyze data to anticipate future supply chain and logistical needs
  • Propose strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics
  • Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency, and personnel issues to upper management

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities by applying critical thinking in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Google’s suite of business applications
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Communicates with clarity, in writing, verbally, and in one-on-one or group situations
  • Detail-orientated with analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with SAP and PowerBI for data mining and analysis
  • Strong organizational and logistical skills with attention to detail

Work Environment

  • Work in a hybrid work environment, with the need to work from the office and from home.
  • No relocation assistance is being provided.
