The company is hiring a Laser Machine Operator who will work on AMADA, TANAKA, KOIKE, or other top machines.

While the company is willing to train the candidates on new machines, they must be familiar with the laser cutting process or have prior experience in working with one of these machines.

Educational Qualification

• Deburring Experience
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
• ISO 9001 Certification Experience

Duties/Responsibilities

• Operate tube lasers, press brake, punch press, etc.,
• Pass departmental questions
• Read drawings

• Band Saw
• CNC Laser Cutter (Amada)
• ERP Software
• Laser Punch Press (Amada)
• Manual Lathe
• Measurement Gauges
• Press Brake (Amada)
• Punch Press (Amada)
• Stamping Press
• Tube Mill
• Tube/Pipe Bender

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Blueprint reading
• Excellent communication skills
• Lean manufacturing principles
• Machine safety inspections
• Machine setups for production runs
• Manual machining skills
• Troubleshooting CNC Machines

Work Environment

• Exposure to fumes, dirt, noise, and hazardous chemicals daily.
• May require safety equipment or precautions.
• Must be able to pass all of Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50-100 lbs. net bags, boxes, or pallets for short distances
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
